ATLANTA, April 23 (Reuters) - Consumer products maker Brown-Forman Corp. (BFa.N) said on Monday it agreed to sell its Hartmann luggage and leather-goods business to Clarion Capital Partners LLC, a private equity firm.

In a statement, the company said terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Hartmann was acquired by Brown-Forman in 1983.
