ARIS, Sept 28 The board of directors of Alcatel-Lucent ALU.PA has given chief executive Patricia Russo one month to produce an emergency restructuring plan, the Financial Times reported on Friday.

"A person close to the board told the Financial Times that Ms Russo's position was not in question, nor was the logic of the merger," the paper said.
Alcatel has issued three profit warnings in less than 10 months.
