Dollar rises vs euro on U.S. housing data

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The dollar rose against the euro and climbed to session highs versus the yen on Monday after U.S. existing home sales for February came in better than expected.
The euro fell 0.3 percent against the dollar to $1.5380, from $1.5420 just before. Against the yen, the dollar jumped to the day's highs at 100.29 yen, from 99.95 yen just before.
Data on Monday showed U.S. existing home sales rose 2.9 percent last month.
