MOSCOW, July 23 (Reuters) - Russian regional telecom company Sibirtelecom ENCO.MM will change the ratio of its Level 1 American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) to ordinary shares to 1:200 from 1:800 on July 31, the company said on Wednesday.

Sibirtelecom, controlled by national telecoms group Svyazinvest, said in a statement the ADR holders would receive three additional receipts per each ADR they hold as of July 24.

Another three subsidiaries of Svyazinvest -- North-West Telecom SPTL.MM, Centertelecom CTLK.MM ESMO.RTS and Dalsvyaz ESPK.MM -- have also announced plans to change the ADR ratios with the aim to increase the stock's liquidity.

Yuliana Sokolenko, head of Svyazinvest's Investor Relations Department, earlier told Reuters no other subsidiaries of the state-controlled company were planning to split their ADRs. (Reporting by Maria Kiselyova; Editing by David Cowell)
