LONDON (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell and Exxon Mobil have decided against selling their Infineum petroleum additives business after a strategic review and sounding out potential buyers, Shell Chief Financial Officer Peter Voser told analysts on a conference call on Thursday.

When asked if one partner might buy the other out, Shell CEO Jeroen van der Veer said he expected both companies to continue running the company together. (reporting by Tom Bergin)
