OSLO Jan 15 (Reuters) - Norwegian engineering group Aker Solutions (AKSO.OL) and two partners have won a $135 million contract for engineering and design work for the Kashagan oilfield in Kazakhstan, the company said on Thursday.

Aker Solutions said it won the contract, awarded by Italy's Agip (ENI.MI), in a joint venture with Chicago Bridge & Iron (CBI.N) and WorleyParsons (WOR.AX).

Aker Solutions said that it had a 30 percent stake in the venture, WorleyParsons 45 percent and CB&I 25 percent.

"The scope of work for Phase II includes the front end engineering and design of both onshore and offshore facilities and pipelines," Aker Solutions ASA said in a statement.

The work is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2010, it said.
