Kazkommertsbank says no plans to restructure debt

ALMATY May 20 (Reuters) - Kazakhstan's second-biggest bank Kazkommertsbank (KKGByq.L) said on Wednesday it had no plans to restructure its debt following restructuring announcements from three other Kazakh lenders.
