Shares in Clarity Commerce Solutions CCS.L, a supplier of software solutions for the hospitality, retail, leisure and entertainment sectors, gain 1.5 percent as the firm posts full-year results which come in above market expectations.

Arbuthnot Securities repeats its "buy" rating on the stock, pointing out in a note that revenues, up 15.1 percent at 17.7 million pounds, surpassed its forecast by 1.3 million pounds.

"Clarity has a strong balance sheet which contrasts with many of its peer group, and we are therefore confident that it is well placed to take market share going forward," says the broker in a note.

Arbuthnot says that given the 2009 numbers exceeded its forecasts, it believes it is being conservative in retaining its pretax profit forecasts for 2010 and 2011, and it will introduce numbers for 2012.
