(Corrects Turkish company's name to Aksa Dogalgaz, not Aksa Enerji)

ANKARA Aug 6 (Reuters) - Turkey's Aksa Dogalgaz has signed a deal with Gazprom (GAZP.MM) on gas imports to Turkey and will construct new gas-fired power stations with the Russian firm, company chairman Cemil Kazanci told Reuters on Thursday.

Both firms would also build a liquid natural gas facility and partner each other in Istanbul and Ankara gas distribution grid privatisations, the Turkish company said. (Reporting by Orhan Coskun)
