Seoul shares open higher as techs advance

SEOUL, Sept 3 (Reuters) - Seoul shares opened higher on Thursday, with technology issues such as LG Display (034220.KS) fueling upward momentum, while Hyundai Steel (004020.KS) rose on a positive brokerage note.

As of 0002 GMT, the Korea Composite Stock Price Index .KS11 (KOSPI) was up 0.14 percent at 1,1615.38 points.
