BERLIN Nov 3 (Reuters) - Germany's new car market grew in October at around the 21 percent rate recorded in September, a source at the VDIK foreign carmakers' association told Reuters on Tuesday.

Berlin's 5 billion euro ($7.39 billion) programme offering motorists 2,500 euros to scrap old cars and buy new ones ran out of funds on Sept. 2 but will continue to have an impact on registrations for months as cars that were ordered under the scheme get delivered.
