TSE plans to list Topix futures on NYSE Liffe

TOKYO Nov 24 (Reuters) - Tokyo Stock Exchange said on Tuesday it has agreed with NYSE Liffe to list its benchmark Topix futures <0#JTI:> on the NYSE Liffe London market around the summer of next year.

Trading of Topix futures on NYSE Liffe is planned to be 0600-2100 GMT, extending the futures' daily trading to up to 19.5 hours including in Tokyo, from the current seven hours 10 minutes, the TSE said.

NYSE Liffe is the derivatives business of the NYSE Euronext (NYX.N).
