TORONTO Dec 11 (Reuters) - Start-up wireless carrier Globalive said on Friday it expects to launch mobile service in Canada as early as next week, following the government's decision to overturn a regulatory ruling that had initially blocked the company's entry to the market.

The company plans to launch in Toronto and Calgary, Globalive Chief Executive Ken Campbell said at a press conference. (Reporting by John McCrank)
