NEW YORK Dec 29 (Reuters) - Vivus Inc (VVUS.O) shares jumped 5.5 percent to $10.20 in premarket trade on Tuesday after the company said it submitted a new drug application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for its obesity drug Qnexa. [ID:nWNBB4467]
