Cameron wins TV debate - polls

LONDON (Reuters) - Conservative Party leader David Cameron came out on top in the third and last of the televised leaders' debates, according to two polls published immediately after the 90-minute event.

A Yougov poll for the Sun newspaper put Cameron on 41 percent, Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg on 32 percent and Labour Prime Minister Gordon Brown on 25 percent.

Another poll by ComRes for ITV showed the Conservative leader on 35 percent, Clegg on 33 percent and Brown again in last place on 26 percent.
