REPSOL (REP.MC)
Iran's oil minister has ordered an end to talks with Anglo-Dutch Shell over the development of the country's giant South Pars Gas project in the Gulf, the semi-official Mehr news agency reported on Sunday. See [ID:nHAF625257]

Spain's BBVA (BBVA.MC) has been in talks in recent weeks to possibly buy the Yorkshire and Clydesdale banks in Britain from owner National Australia Bank (NAB) (NAB.AX), the Sunday Times said. See [ID:nLDE655088]
GRIFOLS (GRLS.MC)
Spanish healthcare company Grifols has agreed to buy Talecris Biotherapeutics TLCR.O, which produces plasma-based protein therapies, for $4 billion including debt, the Spanish company said on Monday. See [ID:nMDT009083]
