Conoco pulls nonessentials from Magnolia due storm

HOUSTON, July 23 (Reuters) - ConocoPhillips (COP.N) said it was evacuating nonessential workers on Friday from the Magnolia Platform in the central Gulf of Mexico due to the threat from Tropical Storm Bonnie.

The company said none of Magnolia's production has been shut so far due to the storm. (Reporting by Erwin Seba)
