SYDNEY, July 29 (Reuters) - Medusa Mining (MML.AX) (MML.L) MLL.TO

* Quarterly production of 25,012 ounces at an average grade of 13.65 g/t at cash cost of $182 per ounce and record annual production of 89,679 ounces

* Forecast production FY 2010/11 of 100,000 ounces

* Long-term cash costs at Co-O Mine circa $190 per ounce

* Indicated resources increased by 4 percent to 603,000 ounces and inferred resources increased by 36 percent to 898,000 ounces (Reporting by Balazs Koranyi)
