FRANKFURT, Sept 1 (Reuters) - The DAX top-30 index .GDAXI looked set to open 0.3 percent higher on Wednesday, according to premarket data from brokers Lang & Schwarz at 0612 GMT.

The following are some of the factors that may move German stocks (share price indications at 0609 GMT):

DEUTSCHE BANK (DBKGn.DE)

Indicated 0.8 percent higher

The company said on Wednesday its DWS Investments mutual funds unit has appointed Rajan Raju as CEO for Asia as well as global head, DWS Solutions. [ID:nSGC003736]

Indicated 0.5 percent higher

Henkel is winning market share in cosmetics and toiletries and sees further growth through the end of the year, the board member responsible for that business, Hans Van Bylen, told the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
