Continental picks banks for high-yield bond-source
LONDON, Sept 2 |
LONDON, Sept 2 (Reuters) - German auto parts supplier Continental (CONG.DE) has mandated banks for its planned 7-year euro benchmark high-yield bond, a source familiar with the deal said.
Deutsche Bank is managing the sale of the bond, along with BNP Paribas, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Agricole, DZ Bank and HSBC, the source said, adding that an investor call is planned for later on Thursday.
Continental said earlier that the size of the issue, callable after three-years, would be at least 750 million euros [ID:nWEA6557].
