Transition Networks Opens New EMEA Warehouse and Returns Facility

Transition Networks, the switching and conversion technology expert, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: JCS),
today announced the opening of a new warehouse and returns facility in
the United Kingdom to better serve and support the fast-growing market
for Transition Networks products throughout the European region. The
Transition Networks line of fibre optic networking products, industrial
Ethernet devices and Carrier Ethernet access devices are designed to meet
the needs of enterprise, industrial and carrier ICT needs.

The new facility will initially provide support for returns, repairs and
other reverse logistics needs. Transition Networks will now be able to
quickly provide localized stock, more rapid product delivery and faster
repair times to its European customers. The new facility will also allow
Transition Networks to provide the same comprehensive level of service
and customer support available in North America to its growing
distribution channel and their end customers in the European market.
Technical support will be available 24/7/365, just as it is in North
America, but by support engineers based in the UK.
