JAKARTA May 25 (Reuters) - Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), state-utility firm, said on Wednesday it is considering issuing global bonds up to $2 billion this year to finance its capital expenditure.

Dahlan Iskan, chief executive of PLN, said that it is also considering loans if the bonds market is not too bullish in the second half.

The final decision for the plan will be taken in June. (Reporting by Fathiya Dahrul; Writing by Janeman Latul; Editing by Anshuman Daga)
