Russia's Lukoil buys further 20 pct of Italian JV

MOSCOW Jan 31 (Reuters) - Russian oil company Lukoil will buy a further 20 percent in its Italian joint venture from partner ERG for 400 million euros ($523.62 million) excluding inventory, the company said on Tuesday, increasing its stake to 80 percent.
Lukoil is gradually buying out its partner ERG from their jointly-owned ISAB refinery in Sicily. ($1 = 0.7639 euros) (Reporting By John Bowker; Editing by Melissa Akin)
