Thyssen hires banks to weigh Americas unit options
FRANKFURT, June 27 |
FRANKFURT, June 27 (Reuters) - German steelmaker ThyssenKrupp said on Wednesday it hired Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to examine strategic option fors its Steel Americas unit.
This may result in a sale or a partnership for the lossmaking division, it added. (Reporting by Ludwig Burger)
