MOSCOW Nov 10 (Reuters) - Russia's No.2 mobile phone company MegaFon is likely to go ahead with its planned London IPO this year after receiving the unofficial green light from UK regulators, sources familiar with the situation said on Saturday.

MegaFon aims to raise about $2 billion from the share offering.
