July 3 (Reuters) - Sports news in brief from around the world.
Soccer - Juventus forward Raffaele Palladino has moved to Genoa on a co-ownership deal, the Turin club said on their Web site (www.juventus.com).
The 24-year-old, who has two Italy caps, struggled to make Juve's starting line-up last season because of stiff competition from fellow strikers Alessandro Del Piero, Vincenzo Iaquinta and David Trezeguet.
The club also said they have extended defender Domenico Criscito's loan to Genoa by a season. Juve bought Criscito from Genoa last year but loaned him back to them in January after some shaky performances cost him his place in the side.
