ROTTERDAM, Netherlands, March 8 (Reuters) - Groningen struck twice in the last 10 minutes to grab a 2-1 win at Willem II Tilburg in the Dutch league on Saturday and move up to third.

Thomas Baelum's own goal in the 82nd and Sepp de Roover's effort two minutes later won the game for Groningen who had gone behind to Frank van der Struijk's first-half penalty.

PSV Eindhoven are top with 59 points after 27 matches, six above Ajax Amsterdam. Sunday's clash between the rivals has been called off by the mayor of Eindhoven due to a police strike.

Groningen have 50 points from 28 matches and are third on goal difference above NAC Breda who lost 3-0 at a Heerenveen side in sixth place level on 48 points with Feyenoord.

Patrick Mtiliga's own goal after 31 minutes gave Heerenveen the lead and Miralem Sulejmani added a goal in each half.

NEC Nijmegen beat neighbours Graafschap Doetinchem 3-1 to climb into 11th spot with 33 points.

Brett Holman and Krisztian Vadocz gave Nijmegen a two-goal lead before Niklas Tarvajarvi pulled one back for the visitors. Holman's second goal with 15 minutes remaining sealed the win.

Juan Lorca headed the winner for 10-man Vitesse Arnhem four minutes from time at bottom side Excelsior Rotterdam.  Continued...
