 First leg: 1-5; Mount Cameroon won 6-5 on aggregate
 In Kumasi:
 Asante Kotoko (Ghana) v Dolphin FC (Nigeria) abandoned because
of rain at half-time. To be played again on Monday.
 In Omdurman:
 Al Merreikh (Sudan) 3 Highlanders (Zimbabwe) 1
 First leg: 2-0; Al Merreikh won 5-1 on aggregate
 
 Played on Saturday:
 In Alexandria:
 Haras El Hodoud (Egypt) 1 Al Akhdar (Libya) 0
 First leg: 1-1; Haras El Hodoud won 2-1 on aggregate
 In Moanda:
 Mangasport (Gabon) 1 Djoliba (Mali) 2
 First leg: 1-3; Djoliba won 5-2 on aggregate
 In Sfax:
 CS Sfaxien (Tunisia) 2 ASC Linguere (Senegal) 1
 First leg: 2-3; CS Sfaxien won on the away goals rule after a
4-4 aggregate draw
 In Tunis:
 Esperance (Tunisia) 6 US Masseda (Togo) 1
 First leg: 0-1; Esperance won 6-2 on aggregate
 
 Played on Friday:
 In Lubumbashi:
 AS V Club (DR Congo) 1 Astres Douala (Cameroon) 1
 First leg: 0-0; Astres Douala won on the away goals rule after
a 1-1 aggregate draw
 Winners advance to the fourth round in June, where they are
joined by eight teams eliminated from the third round of the
African Champions League.
