Aberdeen Asset Management says completes SWIP deal as planned

LONDON, April 1 (Reuters) - Aberdeen Asset Management said on Tuesday it had completed its acquisition of SWIP, the fund arm of Lloyds Banking Group as planned.

Combined assets under management at the end of February was 324.5 billion pounds ($540.99 billion), it added. ($1 = 0.5998 British Pounds) (Reporting by Simon Jessop; editing by Joshua Franklin)
