RPT-Harley-Davidson says Wisconsin workers ratify new contract
CHICAGO (Reuters) - Harley-Davidson (HOG.N: Quote, Profile, Research), the U.S. motorcycle maker, said on Friday that 2,210 unionized Wisconsin workers had approved new contracts with the company.
Harley said the four-year contracts, which cover employees represented by two United Steelworkers locals and one International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers local, included wage increases as well as provisions "designed to moderate" health-care costs.
Details of the agreements were not immediately available.
