SANTIAGO (Reuters) - LAN LAN.SN(LFL.N: Quote, Profile, Research), Chile's dominant airline, said on Tuesday its first-quarter net profit rose 5.8 percent from a year ago.

LAN, one of Latin America's biggest carriers, said net profit increased to $91.09 million in the first three months of the year, from $86.09 million last year, as revenue grew 26.6 percent to $634.66 million.
