By making Libya a failed state France and others created the problem. Thanks Sarkozy and the others. The relatives of those killed no doubt should send him and the other great Western leaders a thank-you-card.

How BIG was the explosion and how long will that knock out supplies to the EU?
Was the main name of the game hostage safety, or rather captors neutralization?
Were the hostages safety the number one priority to the Algerian authorities or was the fact Algerians were not at threat, a green light for safeties off?
