Eventually, the Govt can reduce the tax burden and individuals can decide where to allocate their own wealth. Are the people ready to take some responsibility for themselves? Is the Nanny state able to let them make their own mistakes?
UK businesses are outsourcing manufacturing to China.
UK residents are outsourcing their thinking to the Govt.
I can’t see either strategy as being in the best interests of this country.
