LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Abercrombie & Fitch Co (ANF.N: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Friday it had entered into an unsecured revolving credit facility with a group of banks for up to $450 million.

The teen clothing retailer said that under the lifetime of the new agreement, which matures in April 2013, the company can make requests for additional credit commitments not to exceed $150 million in the aggregate.

No loans had been made under the new credit agreement as of Thursday, the company said.
