Kolcraft to recall 425,000 infant play yards - safety body

Sept 27 (Reuters) - U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Kolcraft Enterprises Inc is voluntarily recalling about 425,000 infant play yards following the death of a 10-month old boy.

Twelve different Kolcraft play yards are included in this recall. The play yards were manufactured in China, the commission said in statement.

All of the play yards have raised changing tables with a restraint strap that forms a loop beneath the changing table, posing a strangulation hazard to a child in the play yard, it said.
