Man arrested in investigation of headless body
LONDON (Reuters) - A man has been arrested after a headless body was found in north London, Scotland Yard said on Thursday.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, was detained in Alvaston, Derby.
Another man and a woman were also arrested at the same address accused of assisting an offender. None were named.
The decapitated body of a man was discovered wrapped in blankets in a shopping crate by a passer-by early on Wednesday.
It had been dumped behind shops in Kingsgate Place in Kentish Town, though it is not clear how long it had been there.
