Man stabbed to death in central London
LONDON (Reuters) - A man died on Monday after being stabbed on London's Oxford Street, the capital's main shopping area, police said.
The victim, believed to be in his early 20s, was attacked outside a McDonald's restaurant near Oxford Circus underground station shortly before 5 p.m.
He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police's Homicide and Serious Crime Command have launched a murder inquiry.
No arrests have been made, police said.
