* JUDGE DISMISSES EXPRESS SCRIPTS’ CLAIM THAT ANTHEM BREACHED IMPLIED COVENANT OF GOOD FAITH AND FAIR DEALING, CALLING IT DUPLICATIVE OF EXPRESS SCRIPTS’ BREACH OF CONTRACT CLAIM
