The tough-tackling Mali international has been a success in his first few months at Juve having left Anfield for 11 million euros (8.7 million pounds) after finding first-team chances limited.

"I am very happy to be at one of the best clubs in the world -- Juventus. All the time I enjoy Juventus games and this is more important for me," Sissoko told Reuters at Juve's plush training ground outside Turin.

"We will see what happens in the next transfer window."
