MEXICO CITY, March 12 (Reuters) - Mexico's Telmex (TELMEXL.MX: Quote, Profile, Research) (TMX.N: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Wednesday it will propose to shareholders the payment of a 0.40 peso per share dividend and an additional 0.15 peso per share payout for its international operations.
