HOUSTON, March 24 (Reuters) - Valero Energy Corp's 130,000-barrel-per-day Houston refinery reported flaring on Monday afternoon following a compressor shutdown, according to a notice filed with state pollution regulators.
A Valero spokesman said he did not have information immediately available about operations at the Houston refinery. (Reporting by Erwin Seba)
