Monster Worldwide ex-COO seen indicted-sources
NEW YORK, April 29 (Reuters) - James Treacy, former chief operating officer of job listing service Monster Worldwide (MNST.O: Quote, Profile, Research), is expected to be indicted for the backdating of stock options by U.S. prosecutors in New York, sources close to the matter said on Tuesday.
Treacy is also expected to be charged in a civil case by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the sources said on condition of anonymity.
The criminal and civil charges could come as early as Wednesday, the sources said.
