Feb 11 (Reuters) - French payment terminal provider Ingenico (INGC.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) said it sent a letter to the board of directors of Hypercom Corp (HYC.N: Quote, Profile, Research), urging them to engage in discussions on its offer to buy the company.
