Overstock says court disallows Gradient defendant to exit case

Feb 12 (Reuters) - Overstock.com Inc (OSTK.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said a judge at a California court ruled against allowing Matthew Kliber, defendant for Gradient Analytics, to exit a lawsuit it filed against Gradient and others. Judge Lynn O'Malley Taylor also set the case for trial on Sept. 9, the online seller of excess inventory said in a statement. (Reporting by Anant Vijay Kala in Bangalore; Editing by Anupama Dwivedi)
