After the Bell-Circuit City down, to be replaced in S&P 500

NEW YORK, March 20 (Reuters) - Shares of Circuit City (CC.N: Quote, Profile, Research)fell 6.2 percent to $4.11 after the bell after Standard & Poor's said HCP Inc (HCP.N: Quote, Profile, Research) will replace it in the S&P 500.
