Airbus: 3-month delay on Air France A380 delivery
TOULOUSE, France, May 13 (Reuters) - Planemaker Airbus said on Tuesday there would be a delay of around three months for the delivery of A380s to Air France-KLM (AIRF.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) after announcing it was unable boost production as quickly as hoped.
Airbus is trying to recover from two years of production delays caused in part by problems installing the wiring on the world's largest passenger aircraft.
"All the dates are going to slip by around three months and notably for Air France-KLM," Fabrice Bregier, head of Airbus in France, told Reuters.
