Anheuser to end Grolsch distribution

NEW YORK, May 14 (Reuters) - Anheuser-Busch Cos Inc (BUD.N: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Wednesday that it plans to stop importing and distributing Grolsch beer in the United States by Aug. 1, since the Dutch brewer has been acquired by SABMiller Plc (SAB.L: Quote, Profile, Research).

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

In the future, Grolsch will be distributed by Miller Brewing Co, SABMiller's U.S. subsidiary. (Reporting by Martinne Geller)
