Indian shares provisionally close down 2.2 pct
MUMBAI, Nov 26 (Reuters) - Indian shares provisionally fell 2.2 percent on Thursday, led by losses in banks, as weak global markets weighed on investor sentiment.
The 30-share BSE index provisionally ended down 381.08 points at 16,817.87, with 25 components losing.
The 50-share NSE index provisionally closed down 2.1 percent at 5,001.75 points.
