DEUTSCHE BANK (DBKGn.DE: Quote, Profile, Research)
Deutsche has hired Ram Nayak from rival Credit Suisse (CSGN.VX: Quote, Profile, Research) as head of global markets structuring, a cross-asset class business, the German bank said on Wednesday.
Nayak will also become a member of the bank's global markets executive committee, a position rarely accorded to outsiders at Deutsche Bank. The committee consists of top managers for the global markets business, which also includes sales and trading and research.
KBW INC (KBW.N: Quote, Profile, Research)
The investment bank said it appointed Frederick Cannon as co-director of research, effective immediately. Cannon will be based in the firm's New York City headquarters.
MERRIMAN CURHAN FORD GROUP INC
The financial services firm said it hired Dana Guido as senior vice president and Michael King as managing director. Guido was most recently at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers, while King was previously at Rodman & Renshaw. Continued...
