#Excludes items and stock-based compensation expense

--The flat panel production tools maker forecast a
second-quarter loss of 55 cents to 65 cents a share, on revenue
of between $10 million and $15 million.

--For the second quarter, analysts on average expect the
company to post a loss of 27 cents a share, before exceptional
items, on revenue of $25.9 million, according to Reuters
Estimates.

--The stock fell 6.8 percent in after-hours electronic
trade after closing at $12.18 on the Nasdaq.
